Our Martial Arts & Self Defence sessions are about more than just movement – they’re about finding focus, balance and pride in yourself again. Whether you’re brand new or returning after years away, you’ll be fully guided through every stage, with safe, structured practice and official gradings and certificates to mark your progress.

We have two locations for our classes - one in Windsor and one in Wokingham - and follow all recognised guidelines for safety and skill-building – and more importantly, we make it fun and welcoming.

GRADING AND CERTIFICATES

Clear Progress, Real Achievement

We're proud to be a registered member of the Cobra Martial Arts Association, which means your training follows an official, nationally recognised syllabus, and all progress is formally assessed.

Every student is guided through a step-by-step belt grading system, from beginner level all the way to black belt.

We’ll explain more about the grading system during your initial contact and induction, so you’ll know exactly how it works and what to expect - with no pressure.
