Dan has dedicated his career to helping people reach their potential - no matter where they’re starting from. With a background in kickboxing, martial arts instruction and health coaching, Dan blends physical training with mindset shifts that last well beyond the gym.


After gaining a BSc (Hons) in Science and Management of Exercise and Health, Dan combined academic knowledge with real-world coaching experience to develop an approach that’s accessible, enjoyable, and life-changing.


He trains regularly in martial arts and self-defence and teaches both adults and children. His sessions aren’t just about getting fit - they’re about learning new skills, building confidence, and transforming the way you see yourself.

Dan knows what it’s like to overcome setbacks, face self-doubt, and keep going. That’s what drives him to create an inclusive, encouraging space for every client who walks through our doors — or logs in from home.
