Below are some of the most common questions we get from people just like you — and if there’s anything else you’d like to know, we’re only a message away.
Do I need to be fit to get started?
Not at all. Many of our clients come to us after a long break from fitness, or with health conditions, joint pain, or low energy. Everything we offer is tailored to your current ability — and we build from there, at your pace.
I feel nervous or self-conscious — is this right for me?
Absolutely. We’ve built Fit4It Coaching to be the opposite of intimidating. Whether you prefer the privacy of 1-to-1 sessions, the comfort of online coaching at home, or need a welcoming group environment, we’re here to meet you where you are — judgment-free.
What if I work shifts or have a hectic schedule?
We’re flexible. With online coaching, at-home sessions, and a variety of times and locations for classes, we’ll help you find a rhythm that works around your life — not the other way around.
Is the martial arts programme suitable for beginners?
Yes! Our martial arts and self-defence classes follow a full, officially recognised belt syllabus (including grading through the Cobra Martial Arts Association). Everyone starts from the beginning — we guide you through each stage with clear support, at your own pace.
Can I train if I have an injury or mobility issue?
Definitely. Just let us know your limitations and concerns. We’ve worked with a wide range of health conditions, and we’re experienced in modifying movements so you can train safely and confidently.
Do you offer nutrition or weight loss support too?
Yes — we incorporate practical, realistic weight management and lifestyle coaching into many of our plans. This isn’t about fads — it’s about sustainable progress that fits with real life.
How do I join the Members Area?
Once you sign up for a course or coaching plan, you’ll receive access to our exclusive Members Area. It includes downloadable resources, training videos, and a private community space for connection and support.
What should I wear or bring to a class or session?
Just comfortable workout clothes and a bottle of water. If you’re attending martial arts classes or a specific programme, we’ll let you know if you need anything extra — and branded gear is available through our online store.
