Classes are welcoming, well-paced, and focused on development – from our youngest “Did Fit” kickboxers to teens and adults on their way to black belt.

No matter which location you choose - Windsor or Wokingham - you’ll experience the same high-energy, structured martial arts classes led by passionate coaches. We’ve designed our timetable to stay consistent across both sites, so you’ll always know what to expect and can choose the venue that works best for your family.


Each evening follows the same structure:


  • Kids Fit Kickboxing (ages 5–12)
    A step up in skill and focus, these sessions introduce more structured techniques while reinforcing important values like respect, resilience, and teamwork.


  • Teen & Adult Kickboxing (13+)
    A motivating, full-body workout built around kickboxing skills, fitness, and belt progression — perfect for teens and adults looking to train hard, relieve stress, and progress through a recognised grading system.
